Victoria Ainsworth

Tori’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  Her primary practice areas include employment, insurance, personal injury, and property law.  Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Tori was an associate at Smith Goodfriend, P.S., where she specialized in civil appeals.  Tori has successfully represented clients in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court.

Tori currently serves on the executive committee of the KCBA Appellate Law Section and as a board member on the Washington chapter of the Risk Management Society.  During law school, Tori was active in clinical work, representing low-income taxpayers and small business owners in tax controversy proceedings before the IRS.  She also assisted individuals in gaining legal permanent resident status through the Immigrant Families Advocacy Project, was the Grants Coordinator and Vice President of the University of Washington Public Interest Law Association, and served as Chief Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal.
