Victoria “Tori” Ainsworth is an attorney at Corr Cronin who counsels clients on diverse civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. She specializes in civil appeals and employment, personal injury, and complex commercial litigation, including class action lawsuits.

Tori stands out as a proficient trial and appellate attorney, consistently securing successful verdicts for clients in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Tori is among just 2.5% of attorneys in Washington State named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and has been named to the list each year since 2020.

Prior to joining Corr Cronin in 2015, Tori started her career in civil litigation at a boutique appellate law firm in Seattle. Later, she served as an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm where she provided strategic counsel to employers in matters concerning workplace law. In 2023, Tori returned to Corr Cronin, drawn to the firm’s focus on high-stakes trials and client-centered approach.

Tori serves the legal community as an active member of the King County Bar Association. She is currently Chair of the KCBA Appellate Practice Section Executive Committee and Chair of the KCBA Amicus Committee.
