Jocelyn Whiteley

Jocelyn is an associate with the firm who concentrates her practice on  resolving business-related disputes. Jocelyn has developed an expertise in insurance coverage and indemnity matters, primarily representing policyholders. To date, the vast majority of the results she has achieved has been through finding ways to use insurance to resolve her clients’ problems. Jocelyn has spoken on a variety of coverage-related matters and her experience includes representing individuals and businesses in state and federal court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Washington Super Lawyers Magazine has named Jocelyn a “rising star” since 2017. Jocelyn understands that no client or piece of litigation is the same, and prides herself on finding creative solutions to meet the client’s individual needs.
