Jeff is a partner in the firm. Jeff’s practice involves litigation in a variety civil and complex commercial matters in the state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as mediation and arbitration. He has represented clients in various commercial disputes, employment and consumer class actions, employment discrimination cases, business tort cases and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Jeff was an associate at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and intellectual property disputes. Jeff also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Jeff was selected to the “Rising Star” List for Seattle’s legal community from 2013-2018. He is licensed to practice in Washington and Massachusetts.
Employment Class Action – Represented a Fortune 500 company in Washington wage and hour class action claiming that the company was the joint employer of the class members.
Mobile Media v. T-Mobile – Represented T-Mobile in vendor dispute involving claims of breach of contract and fraud; obtained favorable settlement before a pending arbitration.
In re: ADA Arbitration – Defended pharmaceutical company against claim of disability discrimination by a former sales representative; after four-day arbitration, the arbitrator ruled in our client’s favor and dismissed claimant’s claims in their entirety.
