Emma’s practice includes all aspects of civil and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Emma was a Senior Counsel with the Appeals Division of the New York City Law Department. Her experience in that position included representing the City in employment discrimination, personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights claims. Before joining government service, Emma clerked for Judge Stephen Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for Chief Justice Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court. During law school, she was active in clinical work, representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys cooking, hiking, and traveling; she hopes to one day visit every national park.
