Emily Parsons

Emily Parsons is a versatile litigator who focuses on complex litigation, business disputes, securities litigation, business fraud, and IP litigation matters for clients ranging from local businesses and government entities to large international corporations.
 
Prior to entering private practice, Emily clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Seattle. She joined Corr Cronin after working for a litigation boutique in Seattle.
 
Emily obtained her JD from the University of Washington School of Law in 2020, where she externed for Judge James L. Robart on the US District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle and served as executive articles editor for Washington Law Review. At UW School of Law, Emily received the award for the highest grade in eleven courses and graduated with high honors.
 
Prior to law school, Emily taught English as a foreign language in Seoul, South Korea and Seattle. Emily is passionate about teaching and believes the associated skills are key to successfully communicating her clients’ cases to judges and juries. While in law school, she continued teaching, as an LSAT instructor and a teaching assistant for an undergraduate course in business law.
