Benjamin Byers

Benjamin’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, at both the trial and appellate level. His practice areas include employment, healthcare, contract, intellectual property, personal injury, toxic tort, and real estate law, as well as both civil and criminal appellate practice.

Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Benjamin clerked for the Honorable Justice Perry B. Inos on the Supreme Court of the Northern Mariana Islands, the sole court of appeal in the Commonwealth. While at the University of Washington School of Law, Benjamin served as the President of the Student Bar Association, the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington International Law Journal, and on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Board. During law school, Benjamin externed with the King County Superior Court and with Group Health Cooperative.

A Seattle native, Benjamin has lived and worked across the globe, including stops in Italy, Hong Kong, Northern Mariana Islands, New York, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and California. He is happy to be back home walking his dogs around Greenlake and exploring the Seattle restaurant scene.
