Corr Cronin LLP and the WTIA Cascadia Blockchain Council collaborate on article discussing recent Blockchain bill passed in the Washington State Legislature

Corr Cronin LLP and the Cascadia Blockchain Council recently collaborated on an article covering the Washington State Legislature’s passing of SB 5544, a bill establishing a “Washington blockchain work group.”

The article describes how the bipartisan bill should be a foundational step toward creating blockchain-related regulation and has strong potential to be a harbinger of future enactments that transform current state law. The article also highlights the work of blockchain task forces in other states.
