Corr Cronin attorneys Steven Fogg and Eric Lindberg successfully represented the Second Amendment Foundation and National Rifle Association in a suit against the City of Edmonds. A Washington State Superior Court judge ruled that a 2018 ordinance requiring so-called “safe storage” of firearms “impermissibly regulates firearms in violation” of Washington’s 36-year-old preemption law.
