Corr Cronin LLP is pleased to welcome three new associates to the firm: Victoria Ainsworth, Joshua Ferrentino and Jocelyn Whiteley

Victoria Ainsworth’s practice (Tori) includes all aspects of civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  Her primary practice areas include employment, insurance, personal injury, and property law.  Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Tori was an associate at Smith Goodfriend, P.S., where she specialized in civil appeals.  Tori has successfully represented clients in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court.  Tori graduated from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was the Chief Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal.  She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in History and Political Science from the University of Montana.

Joshua Ferrentino joins the firm as a former federal prosecutor.  Josh represents corporations and individuals in white-collar criminal matters, government and internal investigations, and complex civil litigation.  Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Josh was an Assistant United States Attorney in Seattle and Baltimore where he represented the government in court at all stages of the federal criminal process, including wiretap and grand jury investigations, multiple jury trials, and appeals to the Fourth and Ninth Circuits.  Josh began his legal career at WilmerHale in Washington, D.C. where he was named a “Rising Star” by Washington DC Super Lawyers in the category of White-Collar Criminal Defense.  Josh graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and received his B.S. at Cornell University.

Jocelyn Whiteley’s practice concentrates on resolving business-related disputes. Jocelyn has developed an expertise in insurance coverage and indemnity matters, primarily representing policyholders. Jocelyn has been named a “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine since 2017.  Jocelyn received her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law where she was a Chief Comments Editor, International Law & Policy Journal and the President of the Public Interest Law Association.  She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and International Business at Boise State University.
