Corr Cronin Elects Two New Partners to the Firm

Corr Cronin is pleased to announce the election of two new partners, Kelly Sheridan and Todd Williams, to the firm.

Kelly Sheridan’s practice focuses on product liability cases, catastrophic personal injury defense, and high-stakes commercial litigation. Kelly has also developed expertise in insurance coverage and indemnity disputes, and represents both policyholders and insurance carriers in resolving high-value disputed claims.
Washington Super Lawyers has named Kelly a “Rising Star” every year since 2016. In 2018, Kelly was selected as an Associate Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society devoted to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law.
Kelly is an alum of Dartmouth College and the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor on the Washington Law Review, was admitted to the Order of the Coif, and graduated with high honors. Prior to Joining Corr Cronin, Kelly served as a law clerk to United States District Judge Edward F. Shea in the Eastern District of Washington.
Todd Williams’ practice focuses on litigation and counseling involving a wide variety of complex commercial and business disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He regularly handles cases concerning trade secrets, securities litigation, regulatory compliance, employment litigation, fraud, and business contract disputes. Todd also represents individuals and companies involved in government investigations and enforcement actions.
Todd has been named a “Rising Star” every year since 2016 by Washington Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Todd was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in New York where his practice focused on government investigations, securities litigation, and internal corporate investigations, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Prior to entering private practice, Todd served as International Law Research Fellow for the Public International Law and Policy Group where he provided legal and policy advice to foreign government officials on matters including anti-corruption policies and political decentralization. He also worked as an investigator for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board where he investigated allegations of misconduct against the NYPD.
