Nirvana Hires Corr Cronin to Fight Courtney Love Lawsuit Thursday, December 13, 2001 Nirvana L.L.C. and the two remaining members of the rock band “Nirvana,” Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, have retained Corr Cronin to defend them in a lawsuit filed by Courtney Love, the widow of Kurt Cobain, the former lead singer of Nirvana. Through the counterclaims filed yesterday by Corr Cronin, Nirvana wants Love declared incapacitated and removed from the L.L.C. Corr Cronin has also asked the Court for approval to issue previously unreleased songs by Nirvana.
The case has received intense international press coverage. Trial is set for September 30, 2002. Kelly Corr and Mike Moore are handling the case for Corr Cronin. ← Back ↑ Top
