3-for-3 for Chrysler Monday, June 21, 2010 Corr Cronin recently won three arbitrations for Chrysler where terminated car dealers sued to rejoin the Chrysler dealer network.
In the first case tried, Corr Cronin successfully fought off Leskovar Jeep’s effort to rejoin the Chrysler network in the Tri-Cities. Leskovar Jeep was one of the oldest Jeep dealers in the state, but Corr Cronin convinced the arbitrator that Chrysler had no choice but to consolidate its dealership network, and that the surviving dealer was the superior performer. Steve Fogg tried the Leskovar case for Chrysler.
In the second case tried, Milam Jeep was the oldest Jeep dealer in the state of Washington. Milam demanded $1.5 million for the termination of its franchise. The arbitrator denied Milam’s request to rejoin the Chrysler dealer network. Kelly Corr and Meredith Moroney tried the Milam case for Chrysler.
The third case tried involved claims by one of the largest automobile dealers in Washington, the Larson Automotive Group. The arbitrator rejected Larson’s claim that it should have retained its Tacoma Chrysler Jeep dealership and accepted Corr Cronin’s argument that Chrysler was correct in terminating and replacing Larson’s Tacoma dealership with a third-party dealer. Michael Moore and Steve Fogg tried the Larson case for Chrysler. ← Back ↑ Top
