Practice / Experience
Patrick’s practice includes all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in insurance, employment, class action, securities, and white collar criminal defense matters, including internal corporate investigations, shareholder derivative suits, and civil and criminal securities fraud. Patrick has appellate litigation experience, having appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court. Prior to joining private practice, Patrick was a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald M. Gould, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, in Seattle, Washington.
Before entering law school, Patrick worked in sales and sales management for nine years, managing over 250 representatives across four offices.
