Kasha v. Altec Industries et. al.
Altec Industries selected Corr Cronin to represent the company in a product liability lawsuit filed in Skagit County, Washington. The plaintiff was an electrical lineman who was burned and electrocuted in an on-the-job accident which he blamed upon an aerial lift device manufactured by our client. Corr Cronin gathered and presented compelling evidence that established that the lineman was at fault for the accident, and the lawsuit settled for less than cost of defense.
