Estate of Searight vs. Chevron Phillips Chemical Company

Corr Cronin is currently defending Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in
a multi-million dollar wrongful death action.  The lawsuit stems from the
death of a local entrepreneur due to carbon monoxide exposure and
alleges that a furnace flue pipe manufactured by Chevron Phillips was
negligently designed.
