Fadaie v. Alaska AirlinesCorr Cronin successfully defended Alaska Airlines against an alleged “Air-21” administrative whistleblower case. When the plaintiff filed his case in federal court, attempting to reinstate the whistleblower claims and adding religious/ethnic discrimination claims, we successfully brought a 12(b) motion that dismissed the Air-21 claim and successfully settled the remaining claim on the eve of trial. |
